WELCOME TO THE RANCH
We take pride in offering locally grown premium farm-fresh beef.
We are a small family-operated farm located just 30 minutes west of the Twin Cities. Our farm is conveniently located in Independence, in western Hennepin county, and close proximity to both Highway 55 and Highway 12 (394).
We hand raise all of our steers from just weeks old, and we do this year-round. Our steers are fed on hay, a combination of shell corn, cob corn, and pellets which creates the perfect amount of marbling for restaurant quality beef.
The steers have access to pasture during the summer growing season. Don't forget the occasional apple or carrot treat.

ABOUT US
We were both raised on farms and continued our passion into establishing our own, Pouliot Ranch.
Raising beef steers, growing hay, and gardening our own vegetables is something we both value and take pride in.
On the Ranch we've added some other great members such as-- horses, chickens, pigs, cats, and our farm dogs, Marley & Charlee.
