Our happy steers are raised with lots of Tender Loving Care (TLC) and hormone-free!
"Farm to Freezer" from a small family farm located in Independence Minnesota.
We are now taking reservations for halves and quarters.

Although we process 2-4 steers per month, we are generally taking reservations 3-5 months prior to butcher dates dependent on demand. As of September 2026, we are taking reservations for February 2027 and later.
HAY & STRAW
Locally grown and managed fields. Small square bales of grass/alfalfa mix, grass only, and seasonal straw bales.
We also carry large round bales (typically 4'x5') and make round bales to order!
We take pride in producing horse-quality round bales that go direct from field to the farm-shed. *Delivery may be available to your facility for a fee.
